Refund Policy
Returns
If you want to return the product, you can do so within 10 days of its receipt. To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.
Return Process
The customer can return the product by informing us via email at disha@wildmoss.in along with the reason for return. Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received the returned item. We will also notify you if the return has been approved or rejected based on the product condition.
Exchange
You can also exchange the product for the same style in a different size or another product in same price range. No additional shipping costs if a product is exchanged the first time.
Refund
Refund is provided for only Prepaid Orders. Your refund will be initiated by us within 10 business days of receiving the refund request.
